Important Notice – Launch of NEW technology

To: All Coach & Minibus Operators                                                                  March 18^th 2010.

 We are delighted to announce that we are launching our new on-line supplier bidding and allocation system from Monday March 22^nd. The new system, e-Coach, will be more informative and facilitates easier future development. Your log-in and password will remain the same as before.

 Please log-in on Monday and check that your company details and your service (vehicle) types are correct and then e-mail to supplier@bookmycoach.com that you want us to enable the bid and buy now system.

 Downtime. From Friday March 19^th at 19:00 until 23:00 Saturday March 20th , whilst we changeover to the new system, you will not be able to access the job view, supplier bid and buy now functions  through your supplier log-in and there may be some delays in accessing those functions on Sunday March 21^st.

E-mail to operations@bookmycoach,com can still be sent, received and read during that weekend.

From today there is a new supplier pack that you can download or read on-line from our web site. Please take some time to browse through it as there are some very important new features which will be of benefit to both of us.

 We recommend that you use Google Chrome as your browser, which is freely available from this link. Google Chrome

 Fleet details.                        You can enter the type, size and class of your coaches or minibuses and most importantly advise us of the facilities that each coach has and upload a photo of that coach. As we will then have a much more knowledge of your vehicles which enables our sales team to promote your vehicles when talking to our customers and will considerably reduce the amount of phone calls and e-mails you receive from our sales and operations teams.

Driver details                       You canenter all of your driver’s names and mobile numbers. This will save time in having to repeat all of the details all of the time.

 The new technology also allows us to create and monitor Preferred Supplier Status so over the weeks to come we will discuss how your status has been assessed and what we need to do to maintain or improve that status.

 Also included in the new supplier pack you will find a copy of our supplier terms and conditions so pleas ensure that you read these as well.

 We look forward to continue to working with you and to those of you who have not worked with BookMyCoach.com before we ask you to take time to look at our web site and read the supplier pack. There are no fees, commission or hidden charges.
